This course is designed to honour your sensitivity and the unique way HSPs process grief. By tending to our grief, engaging with our shadow, and embracing the sacred, we can access deeper joy, transformation, and healing—not only for ourselves but also for the collective.

Highly Sensitive People experience the world deeply, often feeling a profound connection to both beauty and suffering. Many of us carry grief related to unmet childhood needs, rejected parts of ourselves, and the deep sorrow we feel for our planet. We often long for connection, purpose, and a sense of belonging that modern society does not provide. However, instead of being supported in this emotional depth, we’re often told to "get over it" or return to being "productive" as quickly as possible.

  • Engage with your shadow: Reclaim the disowned parts of yourself and explore your personal "shadow" for deeper self-awareness and transformation.

  • Connect with your soul: Through sacred rituals, creative expression, and mindfulness, you will cultivate a connection to your soul's calling and life purpose.

  • Alchemise collective grief: Learn how to carry the weight of the world’s suffering in an empowered way, transforming it into a force for healing rather than allowing it to overwhelm you.

Simple summary - Highly recommended ! This course is absolutely amazing and well written where Jules brings her knowledge from teaching background and compiles her in-depth understanding of spiritual aspects to bring together a framework, which works ! There are plenty of options to choose from in terms of joining live sessions or taking them offline. More importantly I would recommend this course for anyone wanting to help a HSP. Her work is transformational and content perfectly detailed to provide the answers !

It was really a wonderful and enriching experience to join the Highly Sensitive Human Academy for the coaching course and I really recommend it. Having a community to share and understand sensitivity further made a huge difference in my own practice and I really loved this aspect of the experience. I would also add that the content of the course is deep, well organised and Jules is a wonderful teacher.
