About Teresa Ranieri
I am a qualified and passionate Mindfulness teacher with extensive experience in the application of Mindfulness mainly in the health and educational context having a Master's degree in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Intervention from the School of Psychology at Bangor University (UK). Besides teaching the evidence-based programs MBCT & MBSR, I am very experienced at creating different teaching plans, workshops, or individual sessions to support and benefit every context. I've 35 years of experience in contemplative practices and I therefore bring forth a deep understanding of Mindfulness to motivate my clients to meet their life with compassion and to reestablish physical, mental, and emotional well-being and retrieve their human right to flourish. I am used to working in international settings, knowing how to skilfully navigate cultural diversity and inclusion.

About Simone Da Costa
Simone is a certified HSP Coach, Integrative Psychotherapist, Facilitator, Author and Yoga and Meditation teacher. She is the founder of her private practice in Integrative Psychotherapy where she offers one to one psychotherapy for adults. Her training is in Core Process Psychotherapy which is the integration of Buddhist psychology and theology with Western psychodynamics and psychotherapy. Simone’s integrative approach to therapy offers a mind-body, somatic approach to traditional talk therapy. She uses the tools and teachings of mindfulness in order to help clients to build a relationship with both their mind and body and thus, take back control of their mental, physical and emotional health.
