About the Training

A small group sitting in a circle on mats around singing bowls and candles during an in-person session

We have been running an online Highly Sensitive Person Coach Training for over 4 years now and it has been taught online to practitioners across more than a dozen countries. We’re now excited to offer a 4-Day in-person training in London where we will take the aspects of the HSH framework and put them into applied in-person practice.

You will coach, be coached, facilitate, and receive direct feedback on your actual work, with reflection time built in. You will receive certification as a ‘HSP Informed-Practitioner’ and the hours can contribute towards full certification as a HSP Practitioner or HSP Coach.

The training is grounded in the current research on sensory processing sensitivity, in transpersonal and integrative psychology, parts-work and trauma-informed practice. You will spend time in applied practice, work in pairs and triads and gain a deeper connection with a community of like-minded peers and practitioners.

We will cover some frameworks and concepts from the online course, although this will be experienced differently in-person, and also cover some ground that the online certification does not reach, including in-person practices, how to hold space for group processes and how to work with imagery in client sessions.

Is this for you?

You are in the right place if…

I

You are a graduate of the online HSP Certification

You have the frameworks and now you want the practice. This is live coaching with feedback on your real work, a chance to review the core processes with fresh eyes, and time in the same physical space as the people you trained beside. You will also learn skills that the online course does not cover, including group facilitation and how the framework translates into in-person work.

Taking this training can count towards full certification as a coach or replace some of your required pro bono coaching hours. Please get in touch if you need to clarify this.

II

You are considering the online HSP Coaching Training

This is an opportunity to dip your toes into the frameworks and practices and to embody the content in real life before committing to the online programme. You will leave with a clear sense of whether this way of working is yours, alongside the confidence that comes from having already practised it, and a community of like-minded peers who carry forward.

Taking this training can count towards full certification as a coach or replace some of your required pro bono coaching hours. Please get in touch if you need to clarify this.

III

You are a practitioner from an adjacent field

Therapists, bodyworkers, coaches, meditation teachers and facilitators who recognise how many of their clients are highly sensitive, and who want a coherent, well-grounded framework for meeting them. You will leave with a model you can apply immediately within your existing practice, whatever modality you work in.

Taking this course will offer you PD credits and a certificate as a ‘HSP Informed-Practitioner’.
