If you’ve ever thought, “Why am I so sensitive?”… You’re not alone.
For years, I misunderstood my sensitivity as a flaw, not realising it was actually one of my greatest strengths once I learned how to navigate it.
Â
For years you’ve probably asked yourself why you feel everything so intensely, how you can stop the constant overwhelm, why you seem to take on everyone’s emotions, or how to stop people-pleasing without feeling guilty.
You may have tried to toughen up, to hide your sensitivity, or to simply push through the exhaustion, hoping things would improve. But nothing shifts, and you’re left wondering what is wrong with you.
The truth is that nothing is wrong and you are not dramatic, weak, or “too much.” You are a Highly Sensitive Person, and the real issue is that no one ever taught you how to live in a world that wasn’t designed for your nervous system.
You're tired of living at the edges of yourself
Constant Overwhelm
Everyday environments — busy offices, social gatherings, news cycles — leave you emotionally depleted in ways others simply don't experience.
Emotional Burnout
You absorb other people's emotions as if they were your own, leaving you running on empty while everyone around you seems to manage just fine.
Unspoken Needs
You keep the peace by saying yes when you mean no, then feel the quiet resentment of needs that never get voiced and boundaries that never get held.
Persistent Self-Doubt
You've been told you're "too sensitive," "too emotional," or "too much" so many times that you've started to believe it — and that belief shapes everything.
The Recovery Guilt
You need more downtime than others, but you feel guilty for taking it, pushing yourself past your limits until burnout becomes your baseline.
Feeling Out of Step
Life seems to come more easily to others. The gap between who you are and who the world expects you to be feels exhausting to keep bridging.
Six modules. One complete transformation.
Each module builds on the last, taking you from foundational understanding through to embodied confidence, all at a gentle, dripped pace so you can truly integrate what you learn.
An Introduction to the Highly Sensitive Person
Begin with the clarity you've been searching for. You'll ground yourself in the scientific understanding of Sensory Processing Sensitivity, explore the DOES model, and start mapping your own unique sensitivity patterns. Finally, you'll have the language to name what you've always felt, and recognise it as real, valid, and deeply meaningful.
The Neuroscience of High Sensitivity
Discover the biological foundations of your sensitivity through accessible, compassionate science. You'll explore what brain imaging research reveals about the HSP brain, understand why you respond more intensely to both stress and beauty, and receive clarity on the distinctions between high sensitivity, autism, and ADHD, so you can stop second-guessing yourself.
Emotional, Sensory & Nervous System Regulation
This is where theory meets lived experience. You'll learn to recognise how overstimulation shows up in your daily life, gain evidence-based tools for nervous system regulation, and expand your window of tolerance, so you can move through challenging moments with far greater steadiness. Practical self-compassion practices are woven throughout.
Strengthening Our Relationship to Self, Others & the World
Explore your self-worth and confidence with fresh eyes, releasing the long-held belief that something is wrong with you. You'll learn how to communicate your needs clearly, navigate the workplace as an HSP, and understand how your sensitivity shapes your relationships. This module helps you show up more authentically without the exhaustion of masking or over-adapting.
How to Set Healthy Boundaries
Boundaries are not walls; for an HSP, they are acts of deep self-respect. This module guides you through understanding compassion fatigue, managing your emotional energy, and learning to say no without the spiral of guilt that so often follows. You'll move from reactive people-pleasing to grounded, values-led responses that protect your wellbeing without damaging your relationships.
Stepping into Our Innate Gifts & Purpose
In the final module, you'll reclaim what has always been true: your sensitivity is a profound source of wisdom, creativity, and connection. You'll explore the gifts of deep processing, empathy, and attunement, and discover how to align your life with your unique values and sense of purpose, including the concept of Ikigai. The spiritual dimension of sensitivity is honoured here too, because for many HSPs, depth of soul is inseparable from depth of feeling.
From this… to this
The Foundation Program is designed to take you all the way through, from the exhaustion of living against your nature, to the ease of living fully within it.

Jules has developed a fantastic course, covering so many modules which hugely resonated with me as a HSP - from learning about the trait itself and a framework for coaching; covering topics such as internal family systems and parts work, the shadow and self-compassion; to developing one’s niche as a coach and marketing skills.Â

Simple summary - Highly recommended ! This course is absolutely amazing and well written where Jules brings her knowledge from teaching background and compiles her in-depth understanding of spiritual aspects to bring together a framework, which works ! There are plenty of options to choose from in terms of joining live sessions or taking them offline. More importantly I would recommend this course for anyone wanting to help a HSP. Her work is transformational and content perfectly detailed to provide the answers !
