About the Training

Around 50% of people who seek out coaching, therapy or mentorship are Highly Sensitive. This training gives you the depth, the tools, and the professional grounding to truly meet them.

Highly Sensitive People are not simply emotional or easily overwhelmed. They are deep processors who are gifted with empathy, attunement, and a sensitivity to subtlety that, with the right support, becomes a profound source of strength. They respond extraordinarily well to positive interventions, and they flourish when they are met by a coach who genuinely understands their inner world.

This programme is unlike conventional coach training. Grounded in transpersonal and integrative coaching, parts work, somatic awareness, shadow work, trauma-informed approaches and frameworks for connecting to one's values and purpose, it offers a genuinely integrative framework - one that honours the whole person and holds space for transformation at every level.

Over three months, you will not only develop the skills to coach highly sensitive clients with confidence and depth. You will also be supported in your own journey of healing and personal growth, because the most powerful coaching always begins with the coach.

Is this for you?

You are in the right place if…

Core Learning Areas

What you will learn

Key transformative areas that form the heart of the HSH coaching approach, each one chosen because of how profoundly it serves the highly sensitive person.

01
The Science & Soul of High Sensitivity

A deep grounding in the research, neuroscience, and lived experience of the HSP trait, moving far beyond the surface to understand what sensitivity really means and how it shapes every dimension of a person's life.

02
Transpersonal & Integrative Coaching

The philosophy and practice of the HSH Integrative Model, a framework that holds the whole person, from the psychological to the spiritual, and creates real space for embodied transformation.

03
Parts Work & IFS

How to work with the inner landscape of an HSP client, identifying and integrating protective, exiled and manager parts, facilitating self-acceptance, and moving clients from internal conflict towards wholeness.

04
Shadow Work & Integration

The disowned self, the golden shadow, and the suppressed emotions that quietly run the show. Some of the most transformative work you will ever do with a client, held safely and ethically within the coaching container.

05
Trauma-Informed Practice

The polyvagal ladder, the window of tolerance, and how to hold a nervous-system-aware coaching space. Essential for working with sensitive people, whose systems are more responsive and need more careful attunement.

06
Self-Compassion, Boundaries & Purpose

Three of the most consistently challenging areas for highly sensitive people, each explored in depth through research-backed frameworks, coaching processes, and practical tools you can use in sessions from day one.

07
Building Your HSP Coaching Practice

A full suite of business and marketing materials designed specifically for sensitive coaches, covering niche clarity, brand values, story-led marketing, social media, and a 90-day visibility plan.

+
And beyond…

Bonus modules on communication skills and NVC, working with highly sensitive children, and going beyond our pre-programming, plus a growing library of guest expert webinars and somatic workshops.

Shadow WorkTuesday 15th June, 7–9 pm BST
Module 10
Trauma-Informed Coaching 28th June – 11th July
